Enserve has partnered with Blue Water Properties from South Africa, a leader in the construction of light guage steel framed housing, to offer Ghanains, stylish superior quality homes.

Using sophisticated design and fabrication methods, it is possible to design and roll all of the steel sections needed to construct a standard 3 bedroom house, in less than a day. The same house can then be completed in less than 30 days. Using this technology it is possible to construct buildings up to four storey's high.

The advantages of using this construction method are:
- Construction time is reduced by more than 80%
- Overall constructions costs are reduced due to the shorter project period
- The structure is straight, square and level, as all of the drilling and cutting is automated and accurate to 0.5mm
- No splitting, cracking, warping or rotting of the frame occurs, as the frame is constructed from roll formed
galvanised steel plate.
