– To identify training requirements of individuals, taking into consideration their personal strengths, talents, skills and goals.
– To continuously develop training and educational development plans for employees, and simultaneously giving individuals the opportunity to contribute to these efforts.
– To arrange such training / education as has been identified, planned and agreed to between management and individual employees.
